Through this class, you will learn more about the different origins of chocolate and cheese and how to pair them. (This includes a lot of tasting of course!)

Our French chef will show you how to make a wonderful platter of chocolate, cheese and other delicious simple ingredients to share with your friends and family!

The Alliance Française de Dallas is our partners for this class. It means, you will leave with the recipes in English but also in French! Plus, we will give you some French cooking vocabulary.
