Special Event: Home School Shindig! Fall 2024

Reservations canceled with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled with less than 48 hours notice will receive a studio credit to be used towards a future class. Reservations canceled with less than 6 hours notice will not be refunded. All group reservations and private parties must be canceled at least 10 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund.

I agree to allow The Sweada Mae Art Cafe to use mine or my child's photograph, taken during class participation, in any promotional materials such as flyers, press releases, advertisements, show signs, or their website.

Our kids classes, camps, and workshops are ran like a classroom setting. We want to maximize fun, learning, and creativity in a positive atmosphere. All Participants are expected to come with a positive attitude, and ready to have fun. Any participants who fail to follow the rules, are disrespectful to staff or other attendees, use profane language or any other unacceptable behavior will have to be picked up within 30 minutes of their adult being notified. Refunds will not be given for students who are asked to leave.

The Sweada Mae Art Café Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement for Glass Workshop and/or Classes In exchange for participation in the activity of glass fusing and related activities by The Sweada Mae Art Cafe/Rachel McCall 287 W. Center St. Marion, OH 43302 and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of The Sweada Mae Art Café/Rachel McCall, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following: 1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by The Sweada Mae Art Café/Rachel McCall. 2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-mentioned Glass Workshop and/or Classes and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself (if applicable), my family members, and further release and discharge The Sweada Mae Art Café /Rachel McCall, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, The Sweada Mae Art Café/Rachel McCall or other third parties. 3. I agree to hold harmless The Sweada Mae Art Café/Rachel McCall against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs of expenses including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from me or my family’s use of or presence upon the facilities of The Sweada Mae Art Café/Rachel McCall. 4. I agree that all participants under my care will abide by the rules and instructions given. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave. Any participants that are asked to leave will not receive a refund. 5. I understand the age requirements and skills necessary to perform this class are due to safety reasons and have abused by the age requirement. Parent/Guardian Agreement for minors (under 18): I am the parent/guardian of the minor who has signed this agreement. I have read the agreement and understand that it is a full and final waiver and release from any claims for loss or damage that the minor may suffer.
