Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

I understand that it is my responsibility to pick my child(ren) up on time by 12pm and that I will be charged $1.00 per minute starting at 12:05 pm.

Late Pick-Up Policy

As part of each day, I understand that pictures of my child may be taken to document activities, and include in parent updates. I also understand that in some instances these photographs may be used publicly to promote programs and events. I understand that classroom-related images may be used in parent email updates, print, online publications, websites, and social media pages.
