For this Adult Only class, we will be working on some basic knife skills as well as learning how to roll sushi using traditional and non-traditional ingredients like BBQ Eel, Spicy Tuna, Cold Smoked Salmon, and more!  Step outside of your comfort zone and create your own signature rolls!

Waiver Information/Cancellation Policy

Waiver of Liability and Release for Foodology Cooking Classes PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE HAVE THEM ANSWERED BEFORE SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT. Reservation and cancellation policy: PAYMENT IN FULL is required at time of registration, online, or in store, by credit, cash, check or gift certificate. A DOWN PAYMENT for GROUPS is also required at time of registration. Please contact Foodology via email for group reservations. If Foodology cancels a class due to low enrollment or other extenuating circumstances, all participants will be notified to arrange for a credit towards another class or given a refund in the form of a gift card. Foodology may have to substitute food items based on availability. Payments will be processed at time of registration. All Cancellations require a 3 day notice for full refund or class credit. If you cancel less than 3 days before your scheduled class, Foodology will not issue any refund, credit or class transfer. Foodology cannot provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed as a result of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. You may send a friend in your place in any such circumstance. Participation Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in Foodology LLC’s cooking classes, I, the participant, am in full recognition and appreciation of the dangers and risks inherent in such activities related to preparing food and working with tools and appliances, do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Foodology LLC, its instructors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, action or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property or personal injury, or death, which may result from my participation or child’s participation in these activities. I understand and admit that my participation or child’s participation in Foodology LLC's cooking classes and demonstrations is voluntary. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation or child’s participation in this program including responsibility for using reasonable judgment in all phases of participation of the program and travel to and from the cooking location. I recognize and understand that the activities may be hazardous, that my participation or child’s participation is solely at my own risk, and that I assume full responsibility for any resulting injuries and damages. I affirm that I am in good health. I further declare that I am physically fit and capable to participate in such activities. I acknowledge that it is the recommendation of Foodology LLC, that I obtain general medical/health insurance if I am not already covered. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the appropriate person in the workplace or event host(s) of emergency medical information. I also understand that this Waiver of Liability and Release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns as well as myself. Media Release: I consent to and allow any use and reproduction by Foodology of any and all photographs or videotapes taken of myself or child during their participation in this activity. I understand that Foodology will own the photographs and videotape and the right to use or reproduce such photographs and videotape in any media, as well as the right to edit them or prepare derivative works, for the purposes of promotion, advertising, and public relations. I hereby consent to this use of myself or child’s name, likeness, or voice, and I agree that such use will not result in any liability for payment to any person or organization, including myself.
I understand that this Foodology Cooking Class reserves the right to reschedule classes to a later date, and I that I will be auto-enrolled in the new date in the occurrence of the following circumstances: 1.) Low class enrollment. Each cooking class must have a minimum of 8 guests by 36 hours prior to the event. 2.) Employee becoming ill with a fever or cough, showing symptoms of COVID-19, testing positive for COVID-19, or asked to quarantine due to COVID-19 3.) Inclement weather, such as Level 2 road hazards during/after a winter storm, or any other natural disaster that effects the driving conditions or building conditions 4.) Maintenance or building emergencies, such as a gas leak, electrical outage, or equipment malfunction
