This is the Pilot Program for a new service we are developing for video-call retail service. You'll be able to work with a member of our knowledgeable Retail Team, get questions answered, and even be walked through the space, all from the comfort of your own home. Your Retail Sales Associate will even set the games aside on hold for you, so you can pick them up In Store or by Curbside Pickup!
We are offering limited appointment time slots at this time while the program is in testing. In addition, this service is only offered at our Seattle location during the initial testing period. We hope to roll out the Mox Personal Shopper program to more locations in the future.
You can also opt-in to our Customer Feedback Survey while booking your appointment. If you consent to providing customer feedback, we'll also send you a separate survey link after your appointment is complete. Your feedback is valued and appreciated and will help us improve the Mox Personal Shopper Program.
How does it work?
Book your 30 minute appointment for one of the available dates and times
On the morning of your appointment date, you’ll receive an email from our store containing a meeting invite
At your scheduled appointment time, just follow the link and a Retail Sales Associate will be waiting for you virtually
During your appointment, your Retail Sales Associate will be happy to make recommendations, answer questions about titles, or even walk you through the store to look through what’s on the shelves.
At the end of your appointment, let your Retail Sales Associate know what items you’d like to place on hold. They’ll give you a final total and a ticket number for your items. Your order will be held for you for up to one week.
To claim your purchase, either head down to the store and pick up your items at the Retail counter, or drive down and give us a call when you arrive for Curbside Pickup. Payment is collected when you come to claim your purchase.
