Field Trips/Parent Groups

Does your Preschool need a good field trip this summer? Or does your Mom's Group need a new meetup space? 
Urban Fort is a great place to bring the kiddos for a change of pace. Not only do we have an amazing play space for your kids, but we have comfortable seating, delicious coffee, terrific snacks for the Littles, and mimosas, wine and beer for the Parents!

Preschool Groups and Parent Groups are welcome to book a 2 hour private play time on Tuesdays while we're closed! There are two different time slots available; 9:30am-11:30am or 12:30am-2:30pm.  

These Group Outings are exclusively for children aged 0-7 years old. Please keep in mind that Urban Fort is not meant for children older than seven. 

In order to reserve your space, we require a deposit of $42. This includes space for 1-7 kids. Each additional child costs $6 each and is payable the day of. 
One payment from the coordinator is due the day of the event. In addition 15% gratuity will be added to your final bill. 

If your group consists of all children under 1 years old, the charge per child (after deposit) will be adjusted from $6 to $4. 

This booking includes use of space for up to 15 children and a snack for each child. 

We will have the espresso bar and wine/beer bar open for purchase day of.  If you would like croissants, muffins, trail mix cookies, sandwiches, or any other catering, these will need to be ordered Today. Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited in order to keep our space allergen sensitive.
