Hands-On Sushi Workshop

Be your own sushi master! With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it really is to make sushi in your own kitchen in this hands-on class.

• Maki Rolls
• Inside-Out Rolls
• Spicy Tuna Rolls
• Salmon and Eel Nigiri

Skills covered in class:

• Preparing and seasoning sushi rice
• Purchasing and handling sushi-grade fish
• Using a bamboo rolling mat
• Getting familiar with Japanese ingredients

This class will also be available as a virtual cook along for the students who are unable to join us in-person. Login from the comfort of your own home and see and hear the instructor as you ask your questions via the chat feature in Zoom. Whether you choose to join us in-person or virtually, you'll have a great time learning about sushi!
