When people think cod they often think fish cakes, cod au gratin or fried fish. In this class we'll show you two ways to prepare cod that your mother may not know! This class is open to anyone over the age of 15 so bring your favourite person for a fun night out.
Participants will learn what parts of the cod to use, prepare it, and use in our fish tacos and as fish sticks. We'll also make a fun, versatile spin on the rice Krispie cookies. Because everyone likes a good rice Krispie cookie. Participants will get a chance to enjoy the meal in our dining area.
PLEASE NOTE: This class will also be gluten free.
Attendees will work together to make the following:
Fish Tacos with a slaw
Fish sticks and salsa
Not your average Rice Krispie Cookie

Cost: $85 plus tax
Aprons will be provided to wear during class.
We require 4 participants for a class to go ahead.
Class sizes are limited to 8 to allow for social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times while cooking. *This may change if government health guidelines change.
