A book club for food lovers, of all ages.
Each month we'll focus on a new cookbook, and you can choose to join us just for months/cookbooks that pique your interest.
At each Club meeting/cooking class, we’ll discuss what recipes inspired you in the book and what new ingredients + techniques you learned about and are interested in exploring. We’ll spend the remainder of the class cooking dishes together from the book.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Sign up for the months/cookbooks that interests you. Each monthly club meeting/cooking class is $45, and everyone in your household can participate.
- Purchase the book (your confirmation email will include links to our favorite East + West Coast cookbook stores that we encourage you to support, or you can order through your own local store — we feel strongly about supporting small, independent bookstores at this time, and really, all the time).
- Spend a few weeks reading your new book, and putting post-it notes on the recipes that inspire you.
- Gather the ingredients needed to cook the selected recipes (we'll send out a poll to all registered students so we can decide between the recipes that are of greatest interest).
- Join us at the appointed Club time (via Zoom), with your book close by, and your ingredients ready to cook!
