In the event that you need to cancel your planned Private Party please notify The Studio by phone or by email at: 432-312-0273 or partyplanner@thestudiomtx.com as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours prior to your private party start time. Your non-refundable private party deposit will not be returned in the event of a cancellation. Private Party Fees & Minimum Number of Painters The Studio by Kidd's & Canvas requires a minimum of 10 participants in order for a private party to be booked. If you have reserved a time for a private party and no longer meet the minimum number of required painters it is the party organizers responsibility to pay the difference (remaining balance) after all party participants have paid. You may also cancel the party however in the event of cancelation your deposit will not be returned.
