This hands-on course is an introduction to fondant along with the basics of leveling, stacking and icing a cake with buttercream. We will learn covering the cake with fondant and using fondant to create decorative elements on a cake. Students will learn fondant techniques and what tools to use to create this amazing Hot Chocolate Mug cake design. The techniques learned will be used to finish a 6” layer cake that each student takes home.
Recommended for ages 10 and up.
