Any child that enters the facility will be counted towards the number of children in attendance of the Play Date. Only children that remain in a stroller throughout the Play Date are exempt. Included: pizza, juice and paper goods for all children needs.
We appreciate you choosing Kids ‘N Shape for your Private Play Date. Our hope is that your date will be both memorable and entertaining. To help ensure the best possible experience please adhere to the following:
1. Kids 'N Shape requires a minimum of 10 children for a private play date. If at least 10 children do not attend you are still responsible for paying for 10.
2. The play facility is only accessible for the scheduled time block.
3. Private Play Dates are not eligible to be used for any other type of event or party. All decorations, food, cake, and other celebration materials are strictly prohibited. If using the facility for any other type of event or party, customer will be charged for WEEKDAY PARTY FULL PRICE.
4. The remaining balance of your Private Play Date is due at the scheduled end time of the play, determined by how many children are in attendance.
5. As guests arrive, parents/guardians will be required to sign a standard release form for all participating children. NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE PLAY OR BOUNCE AREA UNTIL A RELEASE FORM IS SIGNED BY THE CHILD’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
6. A host and an assistant will be assigned to your play date. They will assist you with any questions/concerns that may arise. They will assist in setup, serving the food to children, drinks for children and clean up throughout the play date.
7. There is no obligation for gratuity, but it is appreciated if you feel the staff did an extraordinary job.
THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR FAILURE TO SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED PRIVATE PLAY DATE.
