In addition to the supplies that accompany your chosen party type, the Deluxe Add-On is only $10.00 more per child and includes: Pizza for the children, Juice box or bottled water per child, and Paper goods to provide a festive party atmosphere

Party Favors - Party guests will receive a 15.00 gift card, candy and an art related goodie in a gift bag. $10.00 Add-On per guest. Say "Thank You" with the Gift of Art!

Waiver Information

Thank you for choosing Art Dept. Studios! We hope you enjoy your party. We will notify you when fired projects are available for pick up, typically 10-14 days after the party/class/event. 6% sales tax will be added to all parties, classes, camps and events. A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at time of booking, and will be deducted from your total the day of the event. If you must reschedule your party, we can transfer your deposit to another date, upon availability, at no charge with 1 week notice. If you need to cancel completely, you will receive your deposit back in the form of Art Dept. Studio store credit as long as we are given 1 week notice. If less than 1 week notice is provided, no refunds can be given. Parties are scheduled for 90 minutes unless otherwise noted. Artists make their projects during the first hour and take part in food/cake festivities during the last half hour of the reserved time. We welcome food into our studio. Please bring your own paper products, cake knife, candles, etc. unless you choose to make your party Deluxe (add-on the Deluxe Party at checkout). Gratuity is not included but is very appreciated by our hardworking staff. The job of the Party Assistant dedicated to your event is • Have party room ready for chosen medium • Lead artists in the chosen medium • Assist artists in making their art piece • Clean up art materials after the project is complete • Prepare fired art projects for kiln room processing • Assist party parent/event planner as needed and requested • Clean party space at the end of the party/event We will make every effort to engage young artists in making and investing in their artwork, however, smaller children tend to finish the projects more quickly. We have coloring materials available by request. Party parents/event coordinators are welcome to prepare additional activities/games if they so choose. There is a SIX guest minimum to reserve any party, and to receive party package pricing. Because of fire code we are limited to the number of guests that can be accommodated in any given party space. For parties greater than 10 guests, we ask that your party be a drop off event. Parents of party guests should pick up promptly at the end of the party/event. Non participating guests may not block entrances, working areas, or studio space not dedicated to your party/event. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us!
