So at The Cook's Studio we already have an Italian ravioli class, a Mexican Empanada class, and a Chinese dumplings class, Pierogi just makes natural sense.

You will make this classic Polish dish from scratch-the dough, the potato and cheese filling and then some sauteed onions. Then a sweet version since we have the dough.

As always at TCS, you'll make a lot, but it is still pierogi, not pierogiS...we don't call multiple shrimp-shrimpS.

All classes include wine provided by wineUdesign.
