Sauces have the power to elevate a dish and transform it from good to amazing, but no one wants to hover over the stove making heavy and rich sauces during the dog days of summer. You’re in luck! In this intensively interactive 2-hour virtual class, our chef will teach you how to prepare cool and refreshing summer sauces with little to no cooking required that are loaded with culinary techniques designed to make your food pop at the dinner table while keeping you cool in the kitchen. We’ll give you lots of serving suggestions for your sauces along the way, so you can put them to use in the coming weeks.
You can choose to make all of the items, or select the recipes you would like to cook along with your chef in real time. Either way, your chef will make sure all of your questions are answered during or after class.

We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking!
