Let's bake with your teen - Pastry Skills

Do you like to bake? Do you know a teen (12-18) who likes to bake too? Bring them along for some quality time together where you'll make some delicious treats to take home.

In this 3 hour hands on pastry skills course, participants will learn to make pie pastry, Choux pastry, pastry cream and a scone dough. 

Attendees will work together to make the following delights:

Our famous Butter Tarts

Cream puffs and pastry cream

Orange Cranberry Scones

Date: Tuesday, Oct. 26th

Time: 6-9pm

Cost: $125 plus tax for 2 people 

Aprons will be provided to wear during class.

We require 4 participants for the class to go ahead.
