Required Covid-19 Vaccination

Covid-19 vaccination is required of all CE Students and Instructors. Please check the box below to confirm all attendees are fully vaccinated (either two does of Pfizer/Moderna, or one dose of J&J). Attendees may be required to show proof of vaccination on their first day of class.

Registration & Attendance Policies

By registering as a Community Education (CE) student, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which include key policies on student eligibility, safety, conduct, and more. Included with the Terms are the following:

  • All students must be 18 years old in order to attend this class. No one under 18 is permitted to be present, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination is required of all CE Students and Instructors. Masks are optional while in class.
  • Payment is due at time of registration. To pay by check or another source of funding, please contact the Community Education department.
  • Registration for CE classes is non-transferable. Students may not transfer registrations to another section of the same course, to a different course or to another individual to attend in their stead.
  • Cancellation requests for in-person classes received at least 14 days before the class start date will be refunded less a $45 fee. Refunds are not given for cancellations received within 14 days of the class start time. NBSS does not issue credits.
  • Classes that do not meet 50% enrollment one week before the class start are cancelled. Students are notified and will receive a full refund of their class tuition and fees only should this occur. NBSS is not responsible for reimbursing any other costs including but not limited to travel, accommodations, service fees, tool purchases, or time of work should a class be cancelled.
