Pies and Pie Dough

For most people attending this class, it's all about the crust. Making a GREAT pie crust. We're here to help. Students will make and bake a mini double crust fresh fruit pie during class to take home. We'll cover proper dough rolling, making, assembling and baking the pies. While our pies are in the oven, we'll have a demo and practical hands-on making pie dough from scratch. Our dough recipe is formulated to ensure a rich, flakey dough with a crisp bottom to your pie. We'll have freshly made pie for you to sample in class. Take your finished pie home with you to share.
