Our Young Kids' Workshops are designed for Kids that are entering the P4 (preschool age 4year old) program, Kindergarten, or 1st grade this fall. These workshops will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1-3pm. The workshops will focus on individual themes with an artistic flair. We'll paint pottery, make a tie-dye t-shirt, and possibly some other crafts.
These are drop off classes with a reservation (Parents, that's two hours of free-time!). Children must be able to use the restroom without assistance.
Anyone inside the studio MUST wear a mask*.
Please have children dress appropriately for working with craft materials that may stain clothing. Please provide your child with a peanut free snack and a bottle of water.
Each session is limited to 6 children.

*We are following the CDC's recommendations for mask wearing which is for anyone age 2 or older. We understand that young kids are likely to take their masks off. We will give them gentle reminders to wear them. Refusal to bring/provide/wear a mask will be reviewed and may result in the child being moved and/or removed from the workshop. Please understand safety for our customers, their families, and our employees is our priority.
Ways to get your child to wear a mask (Seattletimes.com paraphrasing Dr Deborah Gilboa (family physician and youth development speaker): If your child does not like wearing a mask, have them make or decorate one. Kids model behavior; if they see others wearing masks, they are more likely to. In addition, You can also help them feel like a hero for wearing the mask and keeping others safe.
