Winter Wonderland at Straight to Ale

Cancellation Policy: We ask that you give use a 72 hour notice of your cancellation, with this notice we can issue a full monetary refund. After 72 hours a studio credit will be issued. No shows with no contact to our studio will not be able to receive a credit or a refund. There is a minimum of 3 painters required to hold this class. If we do not reach the minimum, we will reach out to you for rescheduling, refunds and/or an account credit. I consent that any photos or videos taken of me and/or my child may be used in advertising, marketing and social media materials on behalf of Spirited Art and release Spirited Art from any and all liability from the use thereof.

Our maximum for public classes at this venue is 18 painters. Unless otherwise noted in your reservation, you will be seated at your own table to adhere to social distance guidelines. Brushes, tables, chairs, and easels will be sanitized between each class. Paint water cups will be thrown away after each use. Aprons will be washed in hot water & detergent between each class. . You are welcome to bring your own brushes, aprons/paint clothes or any other supplies that make you feel more comfortable in the studio. This is not a BYOB event, all food and beverages must be purchased at Straight to Ale and you must adhere to their additional safety measures.

Based on our research and the recommendations of the federal and state health departments including the CDC, Spirited Art has implemented preventative measures to attempt to prevent and reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, Spirited Art cannot guarantee that you will not be infected with COVID-19. I understand the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume risk that my children or I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending a class at Spirited Art. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury or illness to my child or myself may experience or incur in connection with my or my children's attendance at Spirited Art.
