This is a recurring montlh membership. If you are starting mid-month, we will reduce the following month's payment to reflect this.

This exclusive membership is designed for children ages 3-6 years old and includes a 2 hour themed enrichment camp , a free camp shirt and 2 free open play sessions per month!

Camps will meet to learn about specific subjects in small groups. We
will be focusing on many themes that include different animals and
their habitats, countries around the world, continents, science of all types,
transportation, art and much more! Our goal is to provide a well-rounded knowledge
of the world around us while creating coordinating
crafts, explore sensory bins, and
make new friends while learning how to be a part of a group in a positive and loving environment!

Camp Daily Schedule:
9am-check in/play
9:15am-circle time. Days of the week, months of the year, name game, song and movement, job list, lesson about the theme of the week
9:35am-craft or activity at the tables
9:50am-play time
10:15am-snack and story time at the tables
10:30am-playtime
10:45am-clean up & craft/activity 2
11am-treasure box & camp ends.

Our mission is to create small groups with children that will be together each week as they learn and explore!

While you can still sign up for our weekly camps
without this membership, we want to encourage you to make this a special part
of your child’s early years to create community and routine

1 day monthly membership (Wednesday or Friday only) $140/includes 2 free open play visits per month. 10% Sibling discount

Camp memberships are recurring and will require a card

on file the first day you attend camp & please note that there will be a 14 day cancellation notice.*if you are starting in the middle of the month, your following month will be prorated.
-regular hand washing during camps

-regular toy sanitation as toys are used

-individual craft supplies and work trays

-staff will wash hands regularly

-same children in each camp/per week

-play floor is cleaned throughout the day with
non-toxic and effective cleaners

-calm and gentle environment

-snacks provided in individual cups served by staff

-staff has been background checked and are trained in
CPR as well as first aid

*When booking online, you are agreeing to a 4.5% booking fee. This fee cannot be refunded with account credits, however there will not be another booking fee when using your credit for the exact price. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please click link to fill out our "Adventure Awaits" membership agreement & separate waiver form from your email prior to starting camp. By purchasing this membership, you are agreeing to all of the little red barn rules listed in the waiver and in the camp agreement. Refunds and credits are not available for memberships, but your membership can be cancelled at any time with a 14 day notice. If your cancellation request is made within 14 days of being billed, you will be billed for 1 more month. You may cancel anytime by email only to memberships@thelittleredbarnplayground.com Due to our schedule, make up camps will not be possible, but if there is an opening we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you arrive on time but no earlier than 5 minutes before, to camp and on time for pick ups. After a 5 minutes grace period, we will charge $1 per minute for late pick ups. We will supply snack and ask that you bring a clearly labeled water bottle for your child. If your child has known allergies, please bring a snack that we can serve them. Children will be expected to follow all playground and camp rules, and if they fail to do so we have the right to cancel their camp membership with no refunds. We will do our best to help your child follow rules and act appropriately however, but in extreme cases they may be suspended from camp without refund. Examples are hitting excessively, using bad language, throwing things at others repeatedly, and not following instructions. If you think that your child may have any of these behaviors, we ask that you stay at the barn to intervene so that you can help to correct the behavior and they can enjoy their camp experience! If you are working on potty training, please put your child in a pull-up as they may not want to use the bathroom in your absence. We look forward to having a wonderful camp experience with your children & making fun memories together!
