PARTY AGREEMENT

The fee for Adult Parties is $12/person plus the cost of the chosen creative project. All parties have a minimum of 8 attendees and a maximum of 15. If attendance falls short of the minimum, the group will be charged for the minimum. A 15% Gratuity Will Be Added for Dedicated Party Assistant.

Your party is contracted for 2 hours. You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Please arrive and depart on time. You may purchase an additional half hour for $30. If you go over the time limit you will be charged $30 for any part of 30 mins.

If Party guests move into the main studio to finish their project after the party they will be charged a studio fee. The party room can only accommodate 15 artists comfortably but no more than 20 people are allowed in the room. Due to fire code restrictions, there will be a $15 fee per person if your group has more than 20 people in the room. This includes participants and non-participants.

FOOD / BEVERAGES: You may have food delivered or bring your own. Please bring your own supplies (i.e. plates, cups, plastic utensils, etc.). You are welcome to bring any beverage of your choice including alcohol (as long as guests are over 21).

Art projects will be ready for pick-up 10 days (except handbuilding with clay projects which usually take 2-4 weeks depending on size and thickness of pieces). Art projects will be wrapped and individually bagged with each guest’s name.

Infrequently, an art project is damaged in the kiln firing process. If this should occur a gift certificate will be issued in the amount of the project price (no cash refunds).

A $35 room fee is required to book your party and is non-refundable. Cancelations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled event in order to receive a credit in the form of a gift-card. Cancelations must be done in person or over the phone. Do not email or leave voice messages.
