Attendees will work together to make the following:
Pan Seared Scallops
Coquille St. Jaques - Scallops in a butter wine sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus
Lemon Curd
Date: Thursday, Oct. 14
Time: 6-9pm
Cost: $85 plus tax per person
Aprons will be provided to wear during class.
We require 4 participants for a class to go ahead.
Class sizes are limited to 8 to allow for social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times while cooking. *This may change if government health guidelines change.
