ABOUT SIXTEEN BRICKS
Sixteen Bricks bread is made with quality ingredients, refined technique and patience. No cutting corners. They’re traditionalists, eager collaborators, and irrefutably dedicated to the art of bread making. Their bakers, led by owner and head-baker Ryan Morgan, use natural fermentation processes to give our breads robust flavor and rely on simple, wholesome ingredients. Sixteen Bricks' core is the marriage of nutrition and craftsmanship. Maintaining the integrity of bread requires skill, and a lot of lessons learned the hard way. Anything else would be cheating customers out of what they’ve come to expect, which is artisan bread made from real, whole ingredients.
