Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh Butternut Squash Ravioli filled with flavor-packed ingredients and finished with a delicious sauce. Kelly Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines from RippeyFamily Vineyards, provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics and the art of wine tasting like a pro.
The experience will then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and together, we will sample our amazing creations
