Full refund will be given if cancelled more than 30 days prior to reservation. If cancelled less than 30 days, you will have 60 days from original reservation date to reschedule.

I accept full responsibility for my use of any and all apparatus, appliances, facility, privileged or service whatsoever, owned and operated by the club at my own risk, and shall hold Courts Plus Community Fitness, the Fargo Park District, or any other entity harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by me resulting there from. The persons executing the Participant Agreement below hereof understand that the event may be videotaped or photographed and agree to such images and further agree that images will be the sole property of Courts Plus Community Fitness and may be used for advertising and promotional use without notice to or consent of a participant, parent, or guardian and that any revenue derived there from shall be solely that of Courts Plus Community Fitness.
