Fall Brunch Demo on the Patio

Apple Fest is next weekend, and we have created an apple-forward brunch to get you geared up. Sit back and relax on our outdoor patio as our chef shows you how to make a seasonal and mouth-watering brunch in this demonstration class. Generous tasting portions of each dish will be served.

• Grilled Brussels Sprout Salad with Apples and Almonds
• BBQ Baked Frittata with Spinach, Charred Onions and Aged Cheddar
• Grilled Apple and Fennel Breakfast Sausages
• Wood-Fired Apple-Cinnamon Swirl Bread Pudding

We will prepare the dessert ahead of time for your enjoyment during class.

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.
