PARTY OPTIONS & PRICING

OPEN STUDIO PARTY (For 12-18 Painters):

$450 includes your first 12 guests + $30 each additional guest
Held on the "party" side of the upstairs space (SEMI-PRIVATE)
Available 7 days a week at either 1-2:30 pm OR 4-5:30 pm
OPEN STUDIO PARTIES ARE A DROP OFF EVENT; Only 2 non-painting adults are permitted at Open Studio Parties
Parking may be limited
Please note: Other studio guests may be seated in your area during an open studio party

PRIVATE STUDIO PARTY (For 15+ Painters):

$595 includes your first 15 guests + $30 each additional guest
Available 7 days a week at 10:30-12 pm or 6:30-8 pm
Exclusive use of the studio space before or after studio hours
Great for parties with extra adults

BACKYARD PARTY:

Available 7 days a week at any time
All the fun of a ClayNation Party at your venue or home
Minimum of 12 guests
$480 includes the first 12 guests; $30 each additional guest

FOOD AND DRINKS:

The Party Host is welcome to supply food, drinks and dessert for guests.
Please note, host is also responsible for paper goods & candles.
Tables will be covered with brown paper unless host supplies alternative table cover.
ClayNation has a cake knife and lighter/matches for candles.
Please let us know in advance if you will be supplying food for adults staying at the party as well. For parties with more than 3 adults we recommend the Private Studio Party as space is limited. Adults will not be permitted to use tables and chairs outside of the party area during an Open Studio Party.

PAINT YOUR OWN POTTERY
*Our Most Popular Party*Ages 5 & up
Guests will glaze their own ceramic items such as figurines, banks, boxes, letters and more! Projects stay in the studio to be glazed and fired. Items are ready for pick up 7 days after your event. Items will be held for pick up for 2 weeks.
CANVAS PAINTING Ages 7 & up
Guests will paint a 12" canvas step-by-step with an instructor. Party host must pre-select the design at least 2 weeks before the event. Click the link below to see all the options or give us a call if you would like a custom theme. Guests will go home with their art at the end of the party

MIXED MEDIA MOSAICS Ages 7 & up
Guests choose a wide selection of fun shaped wooden base to paint and decorate with glass gems. Guests will go home with their art at the end of the party.

Waiver Information

IN STUDIO PARTIES: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled party. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel before 48 hours, we would be happy to work with you to reschedule the party or offer you a credit to your account, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future event at the studio or walk-in session. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment. *We reserve the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions that would make it unsafe for our staff/customers to travel to the studio. We will work with you to reschedule the party should it be canceled due to severe weather conditions. There is a $50 DEPOSIT required at the time of booking your party to secure the date and time. This will be deducted fully from the party total on the date of the party. The gratuity is not included in the listed price. A minimum of a 20% gratuity is suggested for the studio staff assisting you with the party. TODAYS PAYMENT is a deposit. The balance of your payment will be due on the day of your event. Please Dress for a mess. ClayNation activities may include painting, sanding wood, working with glass, glass fusing tools, and possibly other sharp objects. We will give guidance and supervision with each activity, but we do not hold responsibility for any accidents that may happen. I grant to ClayNation the right to take photographs of me/my child and my property in connection with programs enrolled into above and furthermore these photos may be used for the purpose of promotion, marketing, or print and electronic publication. Projects are subject to change depending on material/supply availability. We will hold finished projects for up to 2 weeks. It is your responsibility to return to pick projects up.
