Intro to SLA - 3D Printing with Resin

This beginner-friendly overview of our Formlabs 1+ 3D printer will walk you through the basic knowledge about what SLA is and how it works, while also demonstrating a resin print on the printer. You will walk away with an SLA print and learn about proper curing processes.

  • ​This is not an orientation class. You must organize a 30 minute private instruction with the instructor after completing this class to get cleared to use it.

Plan Your Visit

All materials and safety equipment supplied.  Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes in the workshop environment, and sturdy footwear (e.g. tennis shoes or boots) is recommended. Plan to arrive for class about 10-15 min early and check in at the front desk.  Our main entrance is on State Street, with parking lot entrance on State St. as well. IF parking and street parking available.
