Bucketz Private Party

Deposits: $200 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due 14 days before event. Rookie, Pro, and All-star party packages will be broken down into 2-3 payments, or payment plan if needed. If party needs to be rescheduled it must be done as far in advance as possible. Parties not rescheduled 14 days before the party date, will forfeit their deposit. Parties booked 14 days or less from event date must pay in full. Party packages can not be downgraded. No refunds on any money paid whether its the deposit or balance, only date changes can be accommodated within the 14 day period as mentioned above. Balance is due 14 days before event, if payment isn’t made using the invoice sent to your email, the system will charge the card on file 13 days before event. Arrival Time: Party host may arrive 20 minutes before party time to check-in. Guests will be allowed in no earlier than 5 mins before party time. Arrive promptly to get the best experience. We offer in-house decorating, if you need more than 20 minutes to decorate additional time must be purchased. Party End/Departure Time: All end times are listed on the website and final agreement. Bucketz Game Zone is only guaranteed for your time spot. We request that you and your guests promptly exit the game zone at the end time listed on your reservation. Extra hours can be added-on to certain time slots. If you exceed your party time you will be subject to extra fees of $50 for every 15 minutes, Capacity: Bucketz can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests. Decorations: You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations (no tape or thumbtacks), streamers, silly string, confetti, glitter or piñatas. Pull string (as opposed to hitting) piñatas are allowed. If any of these items are used during the party, you will be subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee. Video Game Zone/Nerf Zone: Bucketz offer video games with wireless controllers and Nerf blasters for your guests to enjoy while in the facility. At time of check-in parent/guardian may be required to fill out a credit card authorization form in the amount of $100 or $100 in cash-that will be returned at the end of event once everything is returned. You will only be charged if controllers or Nerf blasters are not returned at end of party. Confirmation: We will contact you 24-48 hours before your event to confirm all details. Party Food: Food will arrive about 30 minutes after event start time. We supply all plates, napkins and beverages if you booked an event that includes pizza or other catering. Additional food may be purchased. Cake: You can bring in a cake. We will make room on the candy/sweets display table if you added one to your package. Be sure to bring cake plates, knife and utensils. No outside food allowed, only store bought snacks are allowed in the venue. No food or drinks are allowed in open play area or near electronics. Food and drinks can only be consumed at tables allowed for eating. Outside Entertainment: DJ’s and photographers and other entertainment are welcome, but must have their own equipment. We have a Bluetooth speaker that’s available for use to stream Pandora, Apple Music, YouTube, or any streaming you choose. Bucketz LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Bucketz Game Zone is a family oriented and safe party facility. Alcoholic beverages, drugs and/or weapons are not allowed in the facility. Violators will be asked to leave.

No refunds/cancellations due to COVID-19 regulations, local and/or state. Only date changes will be accommodated. All payments made will carry over to new event date.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT This will be required for your guests to sign at check-in. I, as parent or legal guardian of the child whose name is set forth below (each referred to as a “Participant” and collectively referred to herein as the “Participants”) and in consideration of the Participants being permitted to participate in the Activities (as defined below) conducted by Bucketz LLC/Bucketz Game Zone., located at 2033 W 95th Street, Unit 3 (“Bucketz LLC”) I agree as follows: Activities – Activities shall be defined as the various activities offered to Participants by BuckBucketz Game Zone, an indoor playground. Assumption of Risk – I understand that the Activities entail the risk of severe bodily injury to the Participants. Injuries that could result may vary, but may include (a) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains; (b) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries and concussions; and catastrophic injuries, including paralysis and even death. I understand that, Bucketz, LLC cannot eliminate all risks or guarantee the safety of the Participants while Participants participate in the Activities. I have made my own investigation of these risks, understand these risks, and assume them knowingly and willingly on behalf of myself and my minor Participant child. Notwithstanding these risks and other hazards that may be foreseeable but not specifically identified herein, I, for myself and any minor Participant child, and our respective heirs, personal representatives and assigns, understand, acknowledge, and expressly and voluntarily assume all risks and full responsibility for any injury arising out of or related to the Activities. Release, Discharge and Agreement Not To Sue – I, for myself and any minor Participant child and our respective heirs, personal representatives and assigns, do hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue Bucketz, LLC or its managers, members, employees and/or other agents, for any injury to or death of any Participant arising, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Activities. This release, discharge and covenant not to sue shall relate to any and all claims or legal rights now existing or arising in the future, including claims and legal rights arising out of any negligence of Bucketz, LLC and/or its managers, members, employees and/or other agents and any other breach of a legal duty arising out of common law, statute, contract or otherwise. Indemnification And Hold Harmless – I agree to indemnify Bucketz LLC and hold Bucketz LLC harmless from, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and costs, incurred due to claims brought by any party as a result of or arising out of my or my minor Participant child’s involvement in the Activities and agree to reimburse Bucketz, LLC for any such costs, expenses and fees as they are incurred. Parent Or Legal Guardian Certification And Consent – I hereby certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor Participant children whose name(s) appear below, and I have authority to waive rights on behalf of the minor Participant(s). I have read and I understand all of the provisions of this document and the risks of the Activities. I understand that the Activities could cause injury and even death. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this document and I am freely and voluntarily signing this document. I hereby grant Bucketz LLC permission to use myself or my children in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
