Join the art club just for kids at SmARTivities!
We are excited to offer art enrichment for kids who may not be experiencing art in their daily school activities as well as supplement their current studies. We understand how creative expression is needed on so many levels.
Children will get introduced to many different mediums with fun themes and spend their days learning and exploring a variety of art methods and materials such as:
- Drawing
- Painting
- Sculpture
- Mosaics
- Collage
- Fiber Arts like sewing, felt, and macramé
- Pottery
- Glasswork
- Crafts
Mixed Media
Each class session is 2 hours long which includes instruction and supplies for projects to take home. The first hour we make a group project all together, then each student can create their own project or explore an area they wish to try during the second hour. Students who return each week may work on the same project until they feel it is finished or make a different project each session.
Ages: 6-12
Supplies Needed: Basic Materials included. Supplies available for purchase as needed.
