Field Trip Event Downtown Crown

Acrylic painting projects go home the same day. Glazed & fired are ready in one week. Balance is due on the day of the event. Please note: If your organization is tax-exempt, a copy of your tax-exempt certificate must be provided prior to your event, or when paying.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund tax at a later date.

Please read our policy

$75 deposit is non-refundable and may only be used for your field trip. An 18% gratuity will be added - you may always tip more for Amazing service.

If your estimate of attendees will vary significantly, please contact us at least 10 days prior to your event. Since this event is heavily discounted and we staff and order inventory accordingly, we will charge based on how many participants show up, or your estimated count (less 10%), whichever is higher.

Remind guests to dress for art. If painting with acrylics, we will supply smocks but the paints are permanent and may stain clothing.

Due to scheduling, the studio must be vacated within 10 minutes of the time reserved or an additional fee of $25 will be added to your bill.

Please make sure that children under the age of 12 are supervised by an adult at all times.
