Cod got your tongue? Let's cook fish! Class 1 - Frying & Baking Cod - ADULT

This is one hands-on cooking class of three, two-hour classes focused on preparing and cooking codfish. 

In this 2 hour hands on class, participants will prepare cod two ways. 

• Frying - learn what oils or fats to use and the
  best methods for frying fish.

• Baking - explore two methods of baking fish: One traditional Newfoundland method and the second with a Mediterranean twist.

This class is for adults.

Cost: $75/person plus tax

Class sizes are limited to 8 to allow for social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times.

Aprons will be provided to wear during class.
