Frequently Asked Questions


  • We Charge everyone that comes in with the party except Non-Skating Parents. 
  • We do count the birthday child or children in the total number of guests.
  • Online Party Requests are not reserved until time and date are approved and deposit is paid.
  • We do require a $100 non-refundable deposit for all parties. Parties are not reserved until Deposits are paid and deposit does go towards the final amount of the party.
  • Rollerblades/Inlines and SkateMates are not included w/the party.
  • There is no early setup time your party starts at the time that you reserved and party table and or party room time is up right at the end of your reserved time. No early entry.
  • We provide colorful skating themed party table settings, but you can also bring in your own decorations if you would like to. No confetti or glitter. We do have candles and cake cutters.
  • You cannot bring in a cake unless you have a reserved party with us. 
  • Socks not included but may be purchased if available.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside our facility. Only exceptions: Cake w/reserved party, Food with reserved private parties and private party room. No outside drinks allowed for any of our party packages.
  • No Glitter/Confetti/Or anything like it. $250 Cleanup fee if violated.
