Have you ever tried lamb? Do you love it but find it intimidating to cook? In this 3 hour hands on class, attendees will learn how to prepare a delicious lamb shank that once you try you'll be cooking it all the time! Of course, this is an experience so we'll also pair it with a delicious soup and you can't forget dessert. So come alone or bring a friend and join us!
Attendees will work together to make the following:
Apple Parsnip soup
Moroccan Lamb Shanks served with a Pilau Rice
Creamy Rice Pudding

Menu:
Class sizes are limited to 8 to allow for social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times.
As lamb shanks require a couple of hours to braise we won't be enjoying this dish in house but you'll be able to bring home to enjoy that night or next day.
We require 4 participants for a class to go ahead.
Aprons will be provided to wear during class.
