📕🖌Story'n'Paint Kids Pottery PARTY (Ages 4 & 5)

Due to limited seating, we ask that you cancel your party reservation at least 14 days before a scheduled party. This allows us to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you change your mind about your event within less than 14 but more than 7 days before the event, we will allow you to reschedule or offer you a credit to your account, but we do not offer refunds. You can use these credits for any future studio event or walk-in session. You will lose your deposit if the party is canceled less than seven days before the event. *We reserve the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions that would make it unsafe for our staff/customers to travel to the studio. We will work with you to reschedule the party should it be canceled due to severe weather conditions. I agree to the cancellation and refund policy

There is a $90 DEPOSIT required at the time of booking your party to secure the date and time. This will be deducted fully from the party total on the party date. The PARTY TOTAL will consist of the Party Package Price ( 8 guests included), plus a price of each additional guest.

*The gratuity is NOT INCLUDED in the listed price. A minimum of a 15% gratuity is suggested for the studio staff assisting you with the party paid in CASH or CREDIT CARD

Guests’ and caregivers guideline: *Due to the layout of our space, Story'n'Paint parties will have 1 adult and 1 child working on 1 project together so a max number of adults is equal to the number of party guests. Any other individual occupying space in the studio (with the exception of the parents/guardians of the party boy/girl and their siblings) will count as a ‘guest’ and will be charged accordingly. We invite parents to stay and paint a piece of pottery in front of the store or they can explore the many area restaurants and shops in town if they would like to stay close. Due to limited space, we only guarantee seats for those that are painting. *The front of the store remains open unless you rent out the whole studio for an additional charge. *FOOD: Depends on the time of your party you may want to provide a different type of fueling for your painters. During our morning parties, bagels are very popular, but lunchtime party screams for pizza from your favorite pizza joint. We are NOT INCLUDING any food items in the price of the party as we would love to leave the choice to you and wouldn’t like to sell you the unwanted items. However, all types of food which do not require refrigeration or heating up are welcome, and OUR STUDIO ASSISTANTS do all the SET-UP AND CLEEN UP as well as serve food, cake & drinks, which you provide, so you can enjoy the party. ***POTTERY painted will be ready for PICK UP one week from the date of the event after 3:00 pm. The party host is responsible for telling their guests whether the pottery is going to be picked up by them and delivered or should the parents come individually and pick up their child’s piece. We are not responsible for pottery pieces that are left in the studio two months from the date of the party. *You can add or remove a guest before an event but please let us know as we schedule the assisting staff and prepare the projects for your event in advance. * COVID-19 UPDATE: We will be following current State guidelines at the time of your party, and the guest count will be restricted in the room to the maximum allowed. Aside from the Party Host Parent(s), NO ADDITIONAL PARENTS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE STUDIO. Guests will be expected to follow State guidelines for gatherings at the time of the party.
