Cod got your tongue? Let's cook fish! Class 2 - Fish Stew and Cod au Gratin - ADULT

This is a hands-on cooking class of three, two-hour classes focused on preparing and cooking codfish.

In this 2-2.5 hour hands on class, participants will prepare a fish stew and cod au gratin

• Fish Stew - learn about the traditional methods of making fish stew, as well as modernized healthy version.

• Cod au Gratin -  learn to make a roux and which cheeses are best to use in this dish

This class is for adults.

Cost: $75/person plus tax

Class sizes are limited to 8 to allow for social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times.

Aprons will be provided to wear during class.
