2021 Summer Art Camps

I understand that every precaution is taken to ensure safety of each student; however, in case of an accident, I agree to release Imagination Pottery Studio LLC from any liabilities. In order for Art Camp to be enjoyable for all campers and instructors, appropriate behavior and participation is expected. In the event that your child becomes disruptive or uncooperative, we will contact you and your child will be excused for the day. No refund will be given for that session. Payment in full is expected at the time of registration. We accept checks, cash and debit/credit cards. All of our supplies must be bought in advance, therefore we cannot give refunds for camp sessions within 2 weeks of the camp date. In case of illness, camper may be transferred to another class, subject to availability. We will do our best to complete every project scheduled. Projects are subject to change depending on supply availability and the time it takes for students to complete each project within the time frame. If your child does not finish during the scheduled time, he/she can return during regular business hours to complete the project. Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your child so that we can stay on schedule. If you are going to be late in picking up your child, please notify us at 636-327-4699. Also, please note that if you are late in picking up your child, we will need to charge you a $15 “Child Care Fee” unless we agree upon an arrangement prior to camp. Your child could get messy. Please be sure that he/she is dressed accordingly. Projects will be ready for pick up in 3 - 4 weeks. We will contact you when the projects are ready for pick up.

To maintain the highest level of social distancing and hygiene practices, we will be limiting the number of campers and we will not be allowing any other customers in the studio during camp. Imagination Pottery staff will be trained on health and safety protocols. We will be staying up to date from local leaders and the CDC should these protocols change. We have always provided a clean area and encouraged cleanliness among campers. This will be the case this year and we will increase hand washing and sanitation procedures. We will be limiting the sharing of supplies. Staff and attendees are required to wear masks. We ask that if your child is sick that you please not bring them to camp. If your child can't attend camp, we will be happy to work with you to offer them an alternative camp, provide the projects to create at home, or make up the projects at a later date.
