Vitality Arts Older Adults: Art Expression 4 Week Course

You will be painting, ripping, cutting, reassembling and sewing or gluing your way through this 4 week class. You will practice taking risks and allowing yourself to just play and express yourself through art in a new way.

Dates: Thursdays 3/5 - 3/26

Time: 1pm - 3:30pm

Ages: Adults (Classes are geared and designed to improve the health, well-being, and renewed sense of purpose adults 55+, but any adult can register)
