Kids Canvas Birthday Party Details

$295-Kids Party Package

Includes 10 painters (Adults may paint too!!)
All supplies included including pre sketched canvas
2 hrs. (1.5 hrs of paint time and .5 hrs of cake and present
You will get 30 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for clean up
Additional painters are
$20 per for Canvas
$25 per for Wood
$100 Deposit (Non Refundable) Goes towards remaining balance of party.

Wood Door Hangers Party Details-

$55 per painter (Large wood cutout, wire, 1 Bow)

$40per painter (MINI wood cutout, wire, 1 Bow)

LARGE-$110 Deposit (Goes towards 2 painters) Studio fee is waived as long as minimum painters is met.

MINIS- $135 Deposit ( Goes towards 2 painters and $50 Private Studio Fee)(Non-Refundable)

Minimum of 10 painters Max of 25 painters to BOOK All supplies included including pre-sketched Wood cutout -
3 hrs Studio time for Large Woods
2.5hrs Studio time for Mini Woods

Please keep in mind that our parties are scheduled back to back and we have to stay on schedule. If you would like to reserve additional time please confirm at the time of booking.

All painters need to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the party time. Painting begins 5 Minutes after the allotted time.Anyone late will have to finish with the group

Any alcohol beverages of your choice ( You can't leave with any open containers)

Private Party Policy

Please read our policy

No children are allowed to attend adult events. Unless Party host authorizes. *If minimum number of attendees is not met, remaining balance will still be due at the time of the event. Party host is responsible for seats not taken. Regular party decorations are allowed. We DO NOT allow confetti, pinatas, or glitter/tablescatter as party decorations. Please contact studio with any questions or special requests. All items must be cleaned-up and/or discarded before leaving the venue to avoid additional fees. Additional Time: All parties must start and end at scheduled times, including the clean-up of any food/decorations. Please make sure your guests are on time and on track when painting to finish in the alotted time slot. Charges will incur in increments of 30 minutes at a time at $30 each if the time slot has passed. Special Considerations: Please ensure that all painters in your party are ready to paint at least 10 minutes prior to event start time. If an attendee is late, it is their responsibility to keep up with the rest of the class and finish on time. All childrens events require adult supervision. There is no running, horseplay, climbing on stages, or touching the displayed artwork allowed. Studio may ask any disruptive attendee to leave at anytime. Party host assumes all responsibility of any damages that may occur by any person in your party.
