Kids French Macarons Workshop

2 Hour Hands-on Workshop JUST FOR KIDS 8 years old and up!  This is a drop-off class.This course tackles the most French of French cookies – les Macarons! Light, delicate, with intense flavors and complex textures, we’ll teach each step and discuss the tricks and tips for perfecting this most challenging cookie.  This class will feature French-style meringue technique just like the recipes used at the premier Macarons stores in France. We'll make and color the meringue batter, work on piping technique, and prepare, color and flavor a wide variety of classic and unique fillings.  Everyone will take home a  batch of Macarons they've made!  This class is for beginning bakers with no previous baking experience.Macarons are gluten-free, too!
