Happy Hour: Sip and Snack

Get the weekend started right with a tag-team demo to kickstart your evening! Join us virtually for a 30-minute cocktail and appetizer demonstration featuring our spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, and Chopping Block chef via Zoom. You’ll learn how to make a Bourbon #19 that’s been paired with Roasted Garlic and Aged Cheddar Gougères. Don’t want to the party to end? Sign up for our Virtual Sushi Class that starts at 6pm tonight for a complete fun and engaging evening. Separate registration for the Sushi class is required.

Our Virtual Cooking Demonstrations, via Zoom, are a fun opportunity to watch your chef in action. During class, your chef will teach you how to prepare the dishes while you observe and take notes. Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions submitted through the chat option are answered during or after class. The recipe packet will be provided upon registration. Please note that some recipe steps may be prepared ahead due to the length of the class.
