Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that this is a family event. Seating is limited to 6 participants. Masks are mandatory in the studio so please come with a properly fitting mask. This workshop is non-refundable but If you are unwell and reach out to us with a minimum of 4 hours notice by phone or text we will gladly reschedule. This workshop will require you to book another visit to glaze your masterpiece approximately 1 week later. If you cannot get in to do so, we ask that you arrange to pick up and hold until you're ready. We have a strict 30-day hold policy from the day of creation. Pieces left beyond 30 day will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
