Learn how to braise and season, and make your own crunchy pickled vegetable slaw or salsa fresco.  We’ll even make, roll and grill our own flour tortillas…that is loco!

Wine will of course be the perfect amigo to this dish. Tastings and a full glass provided by wineUdesign for each class.
