Maker's Wine Tasting

The Idea Foundry presents a Maker's Wine Tasting. 

Get hands on at wine-themed maker stations, then enjoy the dynamic flavors of seven different wines and learn about each one's unique bouquet from experts at NuWine. Your host will describe the region, grape varietal, and tasting notes of each wine.

Maker Stations

In the Woodshop: Craft a hardwood cheeseboard

At our Laser Lab: Monogram and/or personalize a wine glass

From the Metal Shop: Pour a wine charm out of molten pewter in one of four maker-themed shapes

• Ages 21+ Only

• The event invites novices and sommeliers alike to experience international wines with a new perspective. Take your tasting to a deeper level by crafting some of our own custom wine and hosting tools.
