The splatter room is an experience like no other. Perfect for birthdays or just because. Kids will have a blast creating bright beautiful action paintings in our black-light paint splatter room! Splatter painting will allow guests the freedom to experiment, let loose, and get messy. Splatter room lets you create your masterpiece with squirt bottles, bazooka guns, and a variety of other fun tools. The result is always a unique one of a kind artwork. When children aren’t throwing paint they can try out the bongo drums.

Cost: $175 for up to 7 children. Each additional child is $25. We do charge for all children attending even if they choose not to paint.
$30 non-refundable party deposit is required to hold your time slot. The remaining costs will be paid in the studio the day of the event. Deposit will be applied towards the balance of your party.
Splatter party has a max of 13 children due to size of splatter room.

How the splatter room works?

First 40 minutes will be for cake and presents. This will take place in the reserved party section.
5 min to get on ponchos and shoe covers to protect clothing and choose 3 paint colors each.
30 Minutes private use of the splatter room. Children will have fun playing the bongo drums, paint blasting canvases and their friends and rocking out to the music.
15 Minutes for boxing projects and washing hands

Bathrooms available at beginning and end of party. They are locked while children are in the splatter room until all guests clean up from splatter room. Please do not plan on changing clothes or washing off in our bathrooms. Bathrooms need to stay available to use as intended. We have a designated clean up sink but no place to change clothes. Changing clothes after splatter painting would make our restroom out of order till we have time to clean them.

We do not have a place to change clothes. Party guest will be provided a poncho ands shoe covers to wear in the splatter room over regular clothing. That way when they come out all they need to do is wash hands and faces.

Clothing We encourage guests to wear clothes they don't mind getting stained.
Shoes required for your safety. Paint can stain some shoes. Children will wear shoe covers and ponchos.

Cake and drinks
You are welcome to bring gifts, cake or cupcakes, drinks, party favors and decorations. Don't forget to bring plates, cups and utensils. No noise makers please.

Drop off party
This is a drop off party. We do have limited space in the reserved party room for parents.
We do have a live feed set up in the party room for watching and taking pictures. Parents are welcome to sit in the birthday party room. If ONE of the birthday child's parents would like to go into the splatter room with the children, the only charge would be for the poncho and shoe covers.

Decorations
Party room will be available 15 minutes prior to event to allow time to set up simple decorations.

Waiver Information

All sales are final. No refunds or account credits. We understand things come up. We are happy to move your event to another date ONE time with at least a 48 hour notice. There is a $5 booking fee when re scheduling. You must choose from dates available at time of cancellation for us to be able to move the event. We are only able to do this in person or by phone. We do not accept cancelations by email, social media or answering machine messages unless you receive a confirmation back from us. If you are not able to choose a date to re schedule at the time of cancelation you would lose the payment. If you feel like you will not be able to drive safely because of weather or are not feeling well please call us to move event to another date at least 48 hours ahead. No shows will not be given a credit or the ability to move to another class. We consider someone a no show if they do not arrive after 30 minutes of event start time. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to weather or an emergency. Please dress for mess: class can get a little messy but, hey that is part of the artistic fun. Art Escape will not be held responsible for damaged clothing or personal items due to paint. To keep a relaxed atmosphere at Art Escape we do not allow personal music, noisemakers or pinatas. Thank you for understanding. We do ask that all children under 18 at the event paint a project. We do charge for all children attending even if they choose not to paint. Party will be charged regular price for any non-painting children. We allow 1 adult per child to stay in the party room. Additional guests are asked to paint a project with the party.

I understand that ALL guests going into the splatter room will wear a poncho and shoe covers over their clothing. Please ask children to dress for mess, splatter painting will get a little messy but, hey that is part of the fun! Please do not plan on changing clothes or washing off in our bathrooms. Bathrooms need to stay available to use as intended and will be closed until everyone washes up. We have a designated clean up sink but no place to change clothes. Parties who wish to use the restrooms for washing up or changing have the option to pay a $35 cleaning/changing fee. ______ Children will be asked not to rough house in the splatter room for the safety of all children attending. Children who are hitting other children will be asked to come out of the splatter room and paint in the regular party room. If party is wild and crazy we might have to split up the group into two groups if time allows or ask children to paint a regular canvas in the party room for safety.

Behavior and poncho policy

I understand that I am only paying a $30 deposit plus any spin art. The remainder of the $175 party plus any additional children over 7 will be paid for at the event. We do charge for all children attending even if they choose not to paint.
