Book a Private Party

A Perfect Venue for your Private Party.  There are several options for parties at Tracy's in Arvada.  Our current occupancy for private parties is 25 - 40 depending if you want to complete a project or just gather.  We have a new,  bigger space for your networking event, bridal & baby shower, birthday party or other event.

Please let us know what you are celebrating, who the guest of honor is & how many you plan on attending. 

Our private parties have access to our entire space for a 3 hour window, great for a group of more than 12.  (If less than 12, check out our private lessons instead) To give you room to spread out and remain as COVID safe as possible. We will be closed to the public during your time with us.  We have developed two projects that can safely be done with a large group indoors, or you can elect no project and just use the space to reconnect, network or visit with your friends and family.

To rent our space for your party with no project there is a $150 fee ($75 non-refundable deposit) plus a 2 drink minimum for each guest.  This fee does increase to $250 ($125 non-refundable deposit) on Fridays and Saturdays. With a project, the reservation fee is  $25 of which will be applied to one project. Choose from any of our local alcoholic drinks*, coffee, chai, sodas or teas.  The fee and drink minimum is waived with 14 paid projects.

You can bring in any food that you want, or have it catered in. Colorado State Law does not allow any outside drinks into an establishment with a liquor license. This includes water bottles.   Please leave all your drinks at home or in the car, we have plenty to go around.

We will clean up after your party.
