About Drama Camp
This camp will be directed by theatre and music educators. Students will learn effective audition skills. They will then audition for roles in an abbreviated version of a musical which they will rehearse throughout the week and perform at the end of the week. During this process they will learn about character development, dancing and singing for the stage and other acting skills such as projection and movement for the stage.
This camp is for students rising into First, Second, and Third grades; no prior drama experience required.

This camp meets Monday through Friday daily, 9:00am to 4:pm.

What to Bring
Snacks are provided, but campers will need to supply a packed lunch. Please dress appropriately for the weather in comfortable clothes that can potentially get messy. Water bottle is recommended. Students may want to bring sunscreen or insect repellent as desired as some activities will be outdoors.
