Delivery:
1. Please use the time stamp on your order confirmation to determine your delivery day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Tuesdays will be delivered the following Saturday. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Fridays will be delivered the following Wednesday. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Please add any special or delivery instructions at the bottom.
2. We must adhere to strict, no contact delivery. At the start of the delivery window you will receive a text confirming your delivery. You must confirm the text or we will not leave the items. Deliveries will be delivered at the front door and you will receive a text when it has been delivered. Please retrieve your items promptly. Kits will be bagged with the customer names. No orders will be handed directly to customers. No ringing of doorbells is permitted. This is for everyone's safety and will be strictly enforced.
3. Delivery Times are strictly enforced. If you miss your delivery day by not returning the text we will attempt to deliver the next available delivery day.
4. Instructional video will be posted on 5/7. If you have any questions you can email Kristin@craftyfoxstudio.com or DM us through our Facebook or Instagram. Since we will be spending little time in the Studio phone calls may not be answered and it may take longer than usual for us to return messages.
