Cancellation Policy: no refunds available. If canceled at least 2 hours before event you may transfer the credit to another event. “No shows” or cancellation requests with less than 2 hours will forfeit their fee. I grant permission for the studio to have the right to any photographs or images from this event for promotion and/or advertising. Child must have an adult to participate with them. Assumption of Risk/Waiver of Liability As legal guardian of the below-named persons, I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the studio, on my own behalf and the behalf of my child and our respective heirs, administrators, executors, and successors, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or other representatives, whether paid or volunteer, FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ON THE MINOR'S ACCOUNT OR MINE caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the accidental negligence of the studio, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or agents. Including but not limited to fumes, chemicals, slips, falls, equipment, I have read and understand, and will at all times, abide by and have my child abide by rules, regulations, and policies as set forth by the studio.
